ALEXANDER ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD MINUTES

April 21, 2021 10:00 a.m.

Items discussed:

I. All board members, Cheri Van Ackern, president, Shelly Nunes, vice-president, and Denise Hazzard, secretary/treasurer, were present via Zoom.

II. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by President Cheri Van Ackern. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

III. The board approved the current members of the ACC (Rick Milinazzo, Bill Yeagle and Dan Watts) for 2021.

IV. Lastly, the board reviewed a landscape and design plan for the neighborhood sign that was submitted by Sarah Yeagle. All agreed the need to present the plan to the Paulks before moving forward.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
